The brief

The DMA is a trade organisation for marketers and since its inception, they have continued to grow and evolve with the landscape of the industry. 

When they approached us it was clear they wanted to improve the established process through digital transformation.

What we did

During our time partnering with the DMA, we implemented a strategy that worked with its company culture as well as suggested improvements to help them grow. 

This included:

  • Programme Management

  • Deliver business case

  • Provide Architectural and Project Management

After we implemented our digital transformation strategy we were able to achieve this for DMA:

  • Engaged to oversee digital transformation

  • Drive to increase online sales of courses and memberships

  • Migration from legacy CRM to MS Dynamics

  • Review end-to-end customer journeys and implement best-in-class user experience

  • Manage the move from Drupal to ReactJs leveraging new CRM for better customer experience and a 360° view
